The form of the asteroid and the spacecraft of “psyche” are combined into one hybrid unit. It is drawn in ink atop a colored watercolor background based on the map of the optical albedo of the asteroid which is a measurement of the reflection of sunlight.

These photos display a set of bowls and cups with a dark brown glaze. The bowls are textured like craters with grooves running from the center outward and small divets as well as rocky-looking pieces, interrupting the lines. The cups are smooth except for two small craters opposing each other on the outside of each cup, intended to be used as dimples to help users hold the cups.

The corners of the board are special spaces including “GO,” the launch pad, a gravity assist, and a space that sends you to the launch pad. Accessories including colorful cash, small figurines of the Psyche spacecraft as playing pieces, dice, and two types of action cards.

These four mission-themed coloring sheets include digital versions of the “Odyssey” and “Agape” relief prints along with two of Orbie, a character dedicated to the Psyche spacecraft. All four illustrations are black-and-white outlines portraying human versions of the spacecraft and asteroid along with an anthropomorphized version of the spacecraft named Orbie.

The card game consists of a blue box decorated with cartoonish designs including the spacecraft with punching mitts. Inside there are yellow prompt cards and brown answer cards with a title and funny description. Answer cards also have rankings for their effectiveness and chaos factor. There is also a rulebook which describes the contents and additional rules to add chaos to the game.

Invisible Connections was designed on Procreate, before being embossed on silver paper by a Cricut Machine. The magnetic field surrounding both the spacecraft and asteroid form against the solar wind. The fields curve around each object, before warping and flowing with the solar wind. Their fields may even become intertwined, just as the asteroid has become connected with this mission.
