This piece exhibits mathematical model codes for a dot, which represents the earth, orbiting another dot that represents the Sun. Mars is also represented by a dot orbiting the Sun. A drawing of the asteroid Psyche is shown orbiting the sun. Around that, the spacecraft orbits in an ellipse. The spacecraft is replaced with a picture of a hag-like beaked goddess pointing at the asteroid every half rotation.

There are three canvases of increasing size top to bottom. The lowest shows a woman wrapped in a blanket and stargazing. She is surrounded by decorative jasper beads adhered to the canvas. The second panel is oblong and shows a waxing gibbous moon, as well as some clouds. The third panel shows the asteroid (16) Psyche between the planets Jupiter and Mars. All three panels are done primarily in shades of yellow with occasional accents of red.

The goddess Psyche floats translucent and nude in space. Her body is split horizontally to reveal the asteroid Psyche in her core, which she cradles. Behind her are the satellite Psyche and the planet Earth. All subjects are framed within the bullseye-styled orbit pattern the satellite will use during the mission. Colors are vibrant and glowing, and diagonal dashes streak the background.

Orbit is an interpretation of the Psyche spacecraft arriving at and orbiting the asteroid. The computer-generated sounds are representative of the spacecraft and the guitar is representative of the asteroid. Both the guitar and the electronic sounds pan between left and right to give the impression of movement. The guitar, which represents the metallic nature of the asteroid, has a vibrato-type effect applied to it and slight detuning to indicate the irregularities on the surface of (16) Psyche. The electronic noises include distorted speech and more electronic sounding beeps, which indicate the communication that will occur between Earth and the spacecraft. The song follows the path of the Psyche spacecraft. Initially, the asteroid is not present, and the song ends with the spacecraft going offline.

The educational comic explains the relevance of the Psyche Mission: exploration and the opportunity to potentially gain insight on planetary cores. The information is delivered in a light-hearted manner with jokes like the "That's Hot" meme. Exploration is pictured as space, deep-sea, cave, and forest exploration. The illustrations in the comic are done in a clean graphic style, similar to the styles found in editorial illustrations.
